Consultation Rates

$ 100 per person per day of travel for itineraries, perks, hotels, transfers

1.  Before commencing our collaboration, each client must sign a contract. To review a sample of the document, click here.
2. Clients are obliged to pay a minimum of 100% of the total planning fee in advance.
3. Both the planning fee payment and contract are due at the outset. 
4. Planning fees are non-refundable and are solely associated with the planning of the client's travel. The fee is independent of whether or not the client chooses to proceed with booking their travel with us.
5. After the itinerary is finalized, the client is under no obligation to book. However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee the same availability, pricing, perks, or benefits advertised in the itinerary if booked independently, as these are often tied to our IATA number and partnerships with travel agencies.
6. We don't offer quotes, pricing, or itineraries unless you're a contracted client, but we're always up for a chat about travel! While we understand the curiosity about costs, our focus is on providing personalized experiences rather than generic estimates. We invest dedicated time to ensure your trip exceeds expectations, tailoring every sample itinerary to your unique preferences and needs.
